I’m Eva Nelson—a Healer, Channeler, Spiritual Coach, Master Breathwork Facilitator, and Vinyasa Yoga Instructor. But more than the titles, I’m someone who walks alongside others in their healing, someone who knows the courage it takes to face the depths and choose transformation.

My path has been one of remembering—my truth, my gifts, my purpose—and now, I hold space for others to do the same. I draw from my own journey, my intuitive abilities as a natural healer, and years of dedicated training to offer grounded, soulful, and transformational healing support. This space is a reflection of that mission.

Here, I’ll share stories, insights, channelings, and practices to help you reconnect with yourself, your energy, your breath, and your truth. This is a place for healing, remembrance, and becoming.
